I was going strong for two weeks. I ran 5 days my first week. Then ran/exercised 4 days the next week, ending in a strong 2.5 mi run. I have deflated since then. We got back from the vacation, and it's lame, hot, sticky feeling in the house. I can't seem to shake the all consuming lethargy I seem to have, and I have less desire to push through. It's so annoying... I will though, push through. I'm not going to give up now, but everything in me sure wants to. I'll keep posting about how it goes.
